Seafood – Your Choice

In an ongoing effort to eat  healthier  foods and  become a more responsible consumer, I often refer to the National Geographic Green Guide for assistance. For those of you with concerns on levels of toxicity in fish or the sustainability of our seafood,  the lists of  “Yes fish”, “Sometimes fish”, and “No fish” might help simplify a perplexing issue.  The ongoing controversy between wild, farm raised and locally harvested can become quite overwhelming. While the choice is ultimately up to each individual, knowing the facts might make you think twice about your selections.
